Rooting a Nook simple touch with glow light for use as a better PDF and RSS reader or anything else where E-ink would be a practical use. This was done with firmware 1.2.1 as of Dec 10, 2013 This was very straight forward once I found the right hijack to use for this version of firmware. /Nookmanager/ I can even use the buttons for the kindle app using nook touch mod manager to configure the buttons... hilarious!
