I have a 24" Galileo that I made a lighted base for. But i need a way to be more secure as the thermometer just sits on top and makes me nervous. Doesn't have a very "finished" look either. NEW BASE 6" to 4" PVC reducer with 4"cap drilled to securely hold the thermometer. Plastic straps with stainless screws with secure it permanently to the cap. The 6" base im still trying to figure out. Ideas: 6" plug? Thats flat on the back for a base and sticks out a bit to allow me to drill a hole for a power cord. Some kind of heavy round metal base... hmm |
